I have recently started to use social networking. It’s amazing the things we will say to complete strangers over the internet, yet we won’t say to our closest friends.

They have been a great way to build my business. Practically everyone is online these days and they prefer to do business on the internet.

Social networking reminds me of when I went to a big Midwestern University. It was huge over 50,000 students but I found my own niche within it and despite it size, it was never a problem because I had my own network of friends I made from various classes and activities I participated in. The same thing with the internet, its huge, but social neetwork site work the same way and make the net accessible to people. Social networks will continue to grow in power and usability. The key to benefiting from them is the same as most things bring value to the situation instead of trying to game them.
