		<description>Great info Brett.

Have to agree with the Adsense part...you hear about marketers making a killing with that, but then they have tons of traffic to their sites and it&#039;s most just ads.

Having your own product in a niche that has buyers can be a very lucrative proposition.

Keep up the good work!

Ron

<description>Have to agree with Joel I always start with affiliate products and find it if and how things are selling in that niche. They are all different.

Then you can create a product because you have a much better feel for what is selling and in what form.

		<description>Hey Brett,

This is another in a long running series of good information you are giving. I think one of the hardest things for people to realize is that affiliate marketing can really get you started down the right path. So many opportunities. Thanks for sharing this. It will really make a difference.

		<description>Some good advice Brett!

When you are first starting out in a niche, using affiliate products to help test the market is a great way to go. Then if you notice that you are selling some, then you might want to consider putting the time into creating your own product.

		<description>Brett,

Great series. Each time you give some info I didn&#039;t thought about. I remember now I have a commission junction account, going to check now it if still exist. I use them for some nich products as well (telecom), exactly as you recommended.

Thanks
Fred

<description>Great Post Brett. Clear and concise. Making your own products isn&#039;t as hard as it first appears. Perhaps the biggest problem is not worrying too much about it being perfect. I know that was one of my barriers, still is. Clickbank and CJ are certainly faster, and probably the best place to start, while you are working on that product of your own.
