OK, so I was trying to decide which traffic method I was going to be talking about next when I realized that this is dumb.

You can go anywhere and find information to read about how to generate traffic to your website.

So, why should I just repeat what others have already done?

Then I had an idea!

I love when people do real life case studies, so, with that being said, I am going to do my own case study and post the results here for everyone to follow along with.

I am going to take 3 niche websites and using the methods we discuss over the next several weeks I am going to start using these methods to drive traffic to these sites and posting the results on either a weekly or ever other week basis (just depends on how much traffic increases). This will allow you to see how the different traffic methods affect each website.

Some basic information about the sites:

The first site has already been built using BANS (Build a Niche Site) and gets a very small amount of traffic.

The second site will be built using Niche Profit Press which is a specific Niche website theme built on WordPress. Niche Profit Press can only be gotten by being a member of Niche Profit Classroom.

The third site will be built using WordPress and just a generic free theme. I am going to use a very cheap or free ebay plug-in and possibly a clickbank product as well. I want to make this site as cheaply as possible so that anyone will be able to follow this process, no matter what their current financial state is. Once this site has begun to produce some revenue, I may then take some of that money and invest in either a more expensive and robust ebay plug-in or in creating a product of my own to sell on this site. We’ll just see how it plays out.

I will not be revealing the actual website domain names during this case study as I do not want to affect the results in any way.

Once this case study is over I will go ahead and reveal the domain names.

Tomorrow I will post some additional information on each of these sites and give a more exact plan of attack for each site.

Until then,

Here’s to your success in 2009 and beyond!
