I’ll be following your case study with interest, Brett. I’m using my included plug-n-play blog to do something similar but I’m starting from ground zero in the traffic generation business. It was a great idea to use your pages to get the initial conversions, since you already had traffic from other sources. Thanks for the reminder that I need to be paying more attention to keywords in my posts, too.

First up, congrats for taking quick action to get that sale, and for sharing it with your blog readers, Brett!

The amazing thing about traffic done right is that it builds empirically – each of the main methods outside of Twitter or your e-zine stay online attracting traffic, and each additional traffic effort you do adds to that, til eventually you have 10, 15 or 20 different streams that can go on driving traffic to your links while you’ve gone on to the next funnel you’re setting up!

Definitely good to see with a sale and even more that you are taking action with this new product. Seems like you have gotten the hang of the whole process and that is good to see. Now maybe show that it can be easy to get these things setup and get the rest of us moving. Congrats big guy.

I’m jealous of your sale, but I too have had some good conversion results by including a link to Easy Off Line Cash program to the follow-up messages sent to people who opt in to the Product I am using for Ad Swaps. It’s related to the offline business topic so it works well. I have also had some success with Twitter. Not as high a percentage of opt ins, but not bad. The key of course is to add a tracking link so you know where the traffic is coming from.
