I love products like these, that deal with one maybe small, but important aspect of business, and then make they product short and sweet, right to the point. For me, it helps me to quickly consume it and use it.

Anything that helps systemize learning like this is a great resource, Brett – although I would refrain from thinking myself an ‘expert’ in such short order – even the Japanese Tea Ceremony takes 10+ years to truly master.
But ignoring the semantics, this is a powerful report people SHOULD read and take to heart!
